What happens next
The Empire Club team will call or message you on Zalo within roughly 15 minutes to confirm the area, guest count and any special requests. Your table is held once you have confirmed with a staff member.
Changes and cancellations
To change the date or cancel, call the hotline on 0332 073 354 at least 2 hours before your booking. As no deposit is taken, you lose nothing — just let us know early so the table can go to someone else.
How far ahead to book
Weekends and holidays fill up early, especially VIP tables and private rooms. If you are coming as a large group or need decoration, booking a few days ahead makes it far easier to get the area you want.
