1. Acceptance of terms

By using the empireclub.com.vn website and Empire Club's services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Age requirement

Empire Club only serves guests aged 18 and over. When booking and arriving on site, you confirm you are at least 18. We reserve the right to request photo ID.

3. Reservations and confirmation

Reservation requests submitted via the website are only confirmed after the Empire Club team contacts you back by phone or Zalo. Tables are not held until you receive an official confirmation.

4. Cancellations and changes

To cancel or change your reservation, please contact our hotline at least 2 hours before your reserved time. Empire Club is not responsible for guests who fail to notify and do not arrive on time.

5. Venue rules

Guests must follow our dress code (smart casual / stylish, no shorts, tank tops or flip-flops), maintain order and respect the space. Empire Club reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate these rules.

6. Limitation of liability

Empire Club is not responsible for the loss of personal property on the premises. Please keep your belongings safely. In force-majeure events (natural disasters, special events), we may adjust reservation schedules.

7. Intellectual property

All website content (images, logos, text) is owned by Empire Club. Copying or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
